Prior to her ownership of the Southern Companies, she served as General Manager for Jaffe Property Management, Inc. supervising a full staff of property managers, bookkeepers and human resource personnel. Mrs. Roman is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 2007.

Collectively, Mrs. Roman has managed a large portfolio of properties across the country that included executive office buildings, retail centers, medical buildings, schools and office mini suites covering over 1,000,000 square feet and 1,000 plus tenants.
